SERVICE OFFER

One of the core principles of our program is to deliver our work in partnership. We work in partnership with farmers, farmer-led associations and non-profits, as well as universities, government agencies, and philanthropic groups involved in the field of sustainable agriculture, organic/ecological seed production, and plant breeding.

The Bauta Family Initiative has capacity to support universities, research institutions, and other partners with collaborative research projects related to variety trials, plant breeding, and regional seed production in organic/agro-ecological agriculture. Our team can provide support on participatory research design, farmer engagement and knowledge transfer, and fundraising.

All services are offered at a rate of $75/hour (rate negotiable depending on the complexity of the project and the capacity of the partner) with a minimum contract of $7,500. For more information about these services, please review our fully detailed Service Offer and/or reach out to Program Director, Aabir Dey.
