CANOVI and CIOA (the Carrot Improvement for Organic Agriculture project, led by Organic Seed Alliance)are collaborators in carrot breeding and trialing, and are proud to co-host this virtual event to talk about 2023 carrot trials across Canada and the USA, as well as the plant breeding effort behind some of the trialed varieties. At this event we'll hear from Micalea Colley (Organic Seed Alliance), Phil Simon (US Dept. of Agriculture), and CANOVI Project Leads Weijia Wang and Chris Thoreau. There will be lots of time reserved for discussion -- a great opportunity to connect with other participating growers and share your experience.
