in this episode
In this episode, Steph Benoit is joined by BC farmers Erica Letchford and Rebecca Jehn, who--united by a love of beans--paired up and worked together over a season of seed production as part of Farm Folk City Folk's seed mentorship program. Rebecca and Erica chat with Steph about the part that seed saving has played in their respective farms, how seeds are fundamental to food security, and why it's so important to engage farmers as mentors in farmer learning programs.
