They are Jean-Philippe Vézina, owner of Les Jardins Lakou in Dunham QC, and Paterne Mirindi, director of the North-South Sustainable Rural Development Collective (Groupement volontaire pour le développement rural durable nord-sud), based in the Central Quebec region.
